Shipping & delivery

We arrange Australia-wide delivery on all golf cart purchases. Delivery is quoted per order based on your state and the number of units, and is confirmed in writing before payment.

Lead times depend on stock and destination. Floor stock going to a major centre typically moves within 5–10 working days of cleared payment; carts ordered new, or builds requiring customisation, are quoted individually.

On delivery, please inspect the cart before signing. Note any transit damage on the delivery note and tell us the same day so we can lodge a claim with the transporter.

Collection from our Beenleigh showroom is always free — and it is the option we recommend, because you get to drive the cart before you take it.

Returns & refunds

Pre-owned carts are sold as inspected. We will always tell you the condition honestly and we encourage a test drive or a walkaround video before purchase.

If a cart is materially not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery. We will collect it at our cost and either repair it, replace it, or refund you — your choice.

Custom builds, ordered-in parts and fitted accessories are non-returnable once work has begun, unless they are defective.

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days of the cart arriving back with us. Nothing in these policies limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Payment

We accept bank transfer, card payments in the showroom and approved finance. Full payment before delivery is accepted, and is how most orders are settled — the cart is loaded once the payment has cleared. If you would rather not pay the whole amount up front, a 10% deposit secures the cart and the balance is payable before delivery or collection.

Stock is only reserved once the deposit or the full payment reflects in our account. Quotes are valid for 7 days, subject to the cart remaining unsold.

Finance is arranged through third-party providers. Any monthly figure shown on this site is an illustration only — not a credit quote, and not an offer of credit.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and complete a sale: your name, contact details, location and what you told us about your requirements.

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with parties needed to fulfil your order — transport companies and, if you apply, finance providers.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as we need them for warranty, service history and legal purposes, and then deleted.

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@hdkgolfcartsaustralia.com and we will action it.

Terms & conditions

Prices shown include GST where applicable and exclude delivery unless stated. We correct pricing and specification errors when we find them, and we will always tell you before taking payment.

Vehicle specifications on this site are manufacturer-typical for the model and trim shown. Individual units vary — confirm the exact configuration of a specific stock number with us before you buy.

Golf carts are not licensed for public roads in Australia unless separately registered and equipped in line with the National Road Traffic Act. Use on public roads is the owner’s responsibility.

Risk passes on delivery or collection; ownership passes on receipt of full payment.

These terms are governed by Australian law. HDK Golf Carts Australia trades from Beenleigh, Queensland.
